Water Restoration operates a referral and advertising service. We connect callers with independent, third-party restoration contractors ("Service Providers") that serve the caller's area. We do not perform water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation or any other restoration work ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a Service Provider. All services are provided solely by the Service Provider under its own terms, pricing, licensing and insurance.

2. No endorsement or guarantee

Service Providers are independent businesses. We do not guarantee their availability, response time, licensing, workmanship, pricing or results, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. You are responsible for evaluating any Service Provider, including verifying licensing, insurance and certifications, and for the decision to engage them.

3. Compensation disclosure

We may receive compensation from Service Providers or their marketing partners for calls connected through our line. This compensation does not affect the price you pay, which is set solely by the Service Provider.

4. Calls and recording

Calls to our line may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training and compliance. By calling, you consent to such recording where permitted by law. Calls may be routed to a Service Provider or a call center acting on its behalf. Standard carrier charges may apply.

5. Emergencies

Our service is not an emergency service. If there is a fire, a gas leak, a medical emergency or any situation involving immediate danger to life or property, call 911 or your local emergency number first.

6. Informational content

Content on the Site about restoration practices, costs, insurance and safety is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, insurance or safety advice and may not reflect conditions at your property. Always obtain an on-site assessment from a qualified professional and consult your insurance carrier regarding coverage.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and code are owned by or licensed to Water Restoration and protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
